Audifora original sample assets — permission notice

Quiet Colours is a six-track collection of original programmed compositions
and synthesized recordings created for this project: Morning Window (30 s),
Woodland Steps (60 s), Rain Waltz (180 s), Amber Evening (300 s), Moonlit
Tide (600 s), and Rose Horizon (900 s). No third-party recordings, soundfonts, music loops, or
compositions were used as source material.

The jackets are the original Audifora glass-wave AI-generated artwork and five
color-only variants derived from that same image. The original image was
created without input reference images. See PROVENANCE.md for the record.

To the extent rights exist and are held in these original sample assets,
permission is granted to use, copy, modify, convert, embed and redistribute
them, including for commercial use, without requiring attribution or payment.
This includes redistribution as part of Audifora and as generated music files.
No trademark rights or exclusive rights are granted.

THE ASSETS ARE PROVIDED AS IS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. No claim is made
that a comprehensive similarity search of all existing works has been done.
